Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we follow strict quality policies.
1. Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with images.
2. Refund Process
- Once approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
